Welcome to Masterclass: The initial clarity meeting and making a sale!
It's great to have you here.
With over 40 years experience in accounting and business, learn from Steven Briginshaw and Aynsley Damery about how to clearly show value to your clients, price effectively and make a business advisory sale a 'no brainer' for your client.
After all, business advisory services are simply helping your clients understand their numbers and make better decisions.
This self paced, 9 module course, will give you (and your team) the knowledge and confidence to help more clients and get paid what you're truly worth (with 3x the recovery rates of compliance work) at the same time.
You need to follow each of the modules in turn but can complete them at your leisure.
At the end of the course, you'll be able to complete a quiz and become masterclass certified.
Let's dive into the intro...
A reminder! You might be tempted to use Clarity your way... please do not to start with. Follow our process to make your life easier and increase success.
The reasons why we recommend you follow our process for success is: co-creation, emotional connection, pricing psychology etc… not getting too stuck in the detail - stick to agenda time, ensure to ask the 4 killer questions (you'll find these as you progress).
We’re not “selling” anything - we’re giving the client an opportunity to buy.
Remember, clients don’t know what you know. They hate/don't understand numbers. If they do understand numbers, they don’t have the time to know them as detailed as you. It’s simple for you to deliver and explain this and it is massively valuable to the client.
Don’t underestimate the value. Build confidence in yourself, the team and your clients. Rewatch this training to get a better, deeper understanding and take notes along the way.
This may be different to what you’re used to, as you may not have spoken to clients in this way before, this process builds confidence. Trust us. Ideally don’t go to a meeting on your own to start with. Attend with a colleague or someone more experienced.
Remember, clients don’t know the process. They don’t know Clarity. They don't know where you've "made a mistake" or clicked the wrong screen. They will never know. They just care you care that you are helping them.
No client is ever going to say “that was a waste of time”. The worst outcome is a client knowing there is additional support to help their business from you. It’s okay if your client says “no” now, because they may not be ready, but you’ve shown that you care. Follow them up at a later stage because they will be ready in the future. Equally, some clients will be ready now.
Enjoy :)
