Although you may be tempted - DO NOT skip the exercises. This is a workshop after all, and your participation is crucial to your success.
Try and set aside a full hour for this program. We understand that you may need to break it up. But for continuity and momentum and to get the best from the event, we hope you can set aside an hour.
Take notes as you go. There are a huge amount of value drops as we go along. Pause, rewind, and repeat sections as necessary.
