Try and set aside a full day for this program. We understand that you may need to break it up. But for continuity and momentum and to get the best from the event, we hope you can set aside an entire day.

Take notes as you go. There are a huge amount of value drops as we go along. Pause, rewind, and repeat sections as necessary.
Make sure to jot down action points, too. At the end of the event, you will get the chance to prioritize and create a plan for the next 30/60/90 days.
