Open The 7 Key Numbers, Use the Numina prep to guide the discussion — show what’s strong, weak, or trending. Help clients see their position, not just hear it. Invite the client to describe what they see. Ask: “What stands out?”, “Did anything surprise you?” Build ownership and understanding by letting them voice 2. Leaderboard Bridge Boost Benchmark Use Clarity Benchmarking to show position against the 16,000 data points on the system or against peers/ locality Explore why these differences might exist - highlighting the biggest areas for improvement Ask or highlight one quick win that builds belief and energy before moving to Endgame. 4. Actions Decide Design Direct Ask Deal with Determine the next Co-create actions together using Numina’s suggested recommendations. Select practical, high-impact steps that build early momentum. Keep it collaborative and quick: “Let’s get started… Prioritise what matters most. Choose 3–5 key actions for the next 90 days. Assign owners, due dates, and clear outcomes. Ask for the business - we’d love to work with you to achieve that additional 200k - how does that sound?
